Shipping & Returns

Order Fulfillment

We typically process online orders within 1-4 business days for in-stock items. 

Made-to-order lead times are estimates, and may vary due to material shortages and unexpected manufacturing delays.

Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and notify us at howdy@hausofhommeboys.com immediately. No damage claims will be accepted after seven days past delivery. Damaged furniture and freight shipments must be noted on the BOL immediately when received. All insurance claims are processed through the freight company and are not the responsibility of Haus of Hommeboys and the designers it represents. 

Return Policy

Items purchased online may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. All Haus of Hommeboys Collection, vintage, sale, “as-is,” fine art, made-to-order and one-of-a-kind items are final sale. To begin a return, please contact howdy@hausofhommeboys.com.

While we completely understand that some items do not work out, we take great care in the packaging and shipment of each and every order. As such, entirely returned orders over $1,000 will incur a 25% restocking fee to account for the considerable time, cost, and labor expended. As with all other returns, based on customer preference, customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition. Haus of Hommeboys is not responsible in the event that a customer return is lost or damaged in transit.

Final Sale

All Haus of Hommeboys Collection, fine art, vintage, sale, “as-is,” and internationally shipped items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made-to-order items or those “direct-shipped” from vendors or suppliers are also ineligible for return, cancellation, or direct exchange. 

In order to reduce our shipping footprint, all mailed wood and fabric samples are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

Returns & Exchanges

All return eligible items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Please note that, unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. We advise sending returned packages using a reliable carrier of your choice with tracking to:

International Shipping

Haus of Hommeboys ships orders internationally. To receive a shipping quote, please contact howdy@hausofhommeboys.com. All international orders are final sale. Returns are not accepted on international orders. Haus of Hommeboys is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATs or any other customs fees should your package be processed by customs. Be aware that if customs processes your shipment, you may experience delays. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs charges, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping costs, as well as the customs refusal fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Thank you for your understanding.

We strive to keep our website’s inventory updated at all times, however item availability is not guaranteed. In the unlikely scenario that an item is sold out, you will be notified via email. Orders with sold out items will be refunded, or the amount of the sold out item(s) will be credited back to the original form of payment. Orders with sold out items will be sent partially fulfilled (minus the sold out items).
